Privacy Notice

This notice explains in plain words what happens with personal data when you visit this website. It is general information, not legal advice.

1. Who is responsible

Bazid Aldemir
Email: bazidaldemir98@gmail.com

2. What data is processed

  • Server logs (hosting): This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data to deliver it and protect it against attacks: your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser (user agent). Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report connection errors to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging).
  • Emails: If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you include.
  • No form submissions: The estimate forms in the samples are demos. They are not connected, send nothing and store nothing.
  • No cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising. The site uses no scripts and loads fonts and images only from this website.

3. Why we use it

  • Server logs: to deliver the website securely and reliably and to defend against misuse.
  • Emails: only to answer your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer.

4. Legal basis

The person responsible is based in Germany, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies (Art. 3(1) GDPR).

  • Server logs: legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Emails: steps before a contract or a contract you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For visitors from the USA:

  • We do not sell or share your personal information.
  • Do Not Track: This website does not track you, so there is nothing to switch off. It works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
  • California residents: Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it. Write to the email address above. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

5. How long we keep it

  • Server logs: Cloudflare keeps them according to its own retention rules. Cloudflare does not publish a fixed period; it says it keeps personal information as long as needed for its business purposes or legal obligations (Cloudflare Privacy Policy, section 11). We do not use these logs for any other purpose.
  • Emails: until your request is done. Longer only if the law requires us to keep them (for example tax records).

6. Who receives data

  • Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA: hosting, as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Data can be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (entry on dataprivacyframework.gov). More: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Google (Gmail): our email provider. Emails you send us are processed by Google.

We do not pass data to anyone else.

7. Business outreach

We contact small businesses in the USA to offer website work. We use publicly available business information from OpenStreetMap and from the business's own website, and send a one-time offer through the contact form on the business's website.

  • What we store: the business name, its trade, city, state and ZIP code, its website, its public business phone number, the services and service area shown on its website (a license number or starting price only if the website shows one), the links where we found this, our short notes on the current website, and the contact history (date, channel, and whether and how the business replied). We do not store review texts or names of people.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Preview page: We may make a free preview website for the business. It is not public: it has a hidden address, is not linked anywhere and is marked noindex, so search engines do not list it. We remove it on request.
  • Stop: If you reply STOP, or ask us to stop in any other way, we put the business on a do-not-contact list and will not contact it again.
  • How long: at most 12 months, then we delete it. On the do-not-contact list we keep only the minimum (the business's name or website) for as long as needed to honor the request.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • have it corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • have it deleted (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restrict its processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).

To use these rights, email us at the address above.

9. Right to complain

You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:

Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz
Hintere Bleiche 34
55116 Mainz, Germany
www.datenschutz.rlp.de

If you live in the USA, you can also contact the Federal Trade Commission (reportfraud.ftc.gov) or the Attorney General of your state.
